Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                            
SENATE BILL NO. 212 An Act relating to automated teller                        
machines and to night deposit facilities; and providing for an                 
effective date for the Labor and Commerce Committee meeting on                 
March 3. Without objection, it was so ordered.
